By booking within our designated room block, you not only enjoy convenient access to conference activities but also contribute to the success of the event.
We encourage attendees to register for the conference first to reserve your accommodation. Please refrain from booking your room until after you have completed Conference Registration. This helps us ensure that all attendees can access the reserved rooms within our block. Rooms released due to cancellations may not be guaranteed to return to our block. Thank you for your cooperation in making our conference a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.
We look forward to welcoming you to Kansas City, MO!
TRMA can conduct high-quality meetings at desirable locations for a reasonable fee because a block of hotel rooms is contracted for meeting attendees. In exchange for reserving the required number of sleeping rooms, TRMA uses the hotel meeting space at no or reduced costs, thus keeping registration fees low. In addition, meeting attendees receive a reduced rate for their sleeping room. Please make your reservations using the link in your confirmation email to book directly with the hotel. Reservations made outside of the TRMA room block are not counted toward our room’s pickup and may have a fiscal impact on TRMA.
Rooms may sell out prior to the cutoff date, so please make your reservations early. The negotiated TRMA rate will not be available after the cut-off date of March 31.
